In this role, you will ensure customer and stockholder value and satisfaction through effective and efficient presales and service delivery engagement. You will support Network sales directly via the engagement as a program CFR and a CFR in critical areas.
Qualifications:
- Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
- Minimum years of experience: 10 Years
- Project Management Certification (PMP) is required; PgMP is a plus
- Senior Project or program management experience
- Domain experience: Network Rollout
- Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
- Deep knowledge of the sales process
- Customer and market insight
- Excellent social and presentation skills
- Financial competence and skills
- Adhering to principles and values
- Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high-paced environment
- Persuading & Influencing
- Relating & Networking
- Ambitious & Commercial Thinking
