Job Purpose Lead and manage the company’s home and nursing care services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care across private homes and both the private and government sectors. This role requires a leader with a strong medical or nursing background to oversee clinical operations, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure quality care delivery, guide the medical team, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Leadership:

  1. Lead the division's medical and nursing operations to ensure the highest quality of care for clients.
  2. Provide clinical expertise and guidance to healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to best practices in home care and nursing services.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of patients across all service areas.
Operational Management:
  1. Manage the daily operations of the healthcare division, including staffing, resource allocation, and service delivery.
  2. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with local healthcare regulations and standards of care.
  3. Implement policies and protocols to continuously improve the quality of care and patient outcomes.
Business Development & Growth:
  1. Collaborate with the business development team to expand the division's reach into new markets and sectors.
  2. Build partnerships with hospitals, individual customers, insurance providers, and government bodies to secure new business opportunities.
  3. Lead initiatives to grow the division’s service portfolio and revenue streams.
Team Leadership & Development:
  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
  2. Ensure ongoing training and development programs for staff to maintain clinical competency and service quality.
  3. Foster a culture of collaboration, empathy, and continuous improvement within the team.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with services provided.
  2. Act as the primary liaison with government entities, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
  3. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues related to care delivery.
Financial Oversight:
  1. Manage the division’s budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  2. Monitor financial metrics and implement strategies to optimize resource use and revenue growth.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  1. Ensure the division operates in compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
  2. Lead audits and quality assurance initiatives to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
Skills
  • Kuwait MOH license
  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field. A Master's degree or healthcare management certification is highly preferred.
  • Active medical or nursing license with a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in a healthcare management or leadership role.
  • Experience in home care, nursing care, or a similar healthcare setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a solid understanding of clinical operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team management.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and promote staff development.
  • Strategic thinking and business development skills with experience in growing healthcare services.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered with a commitment to delivering quality care.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in healthcare.
