ERP Systems Manager Remote (required to go to onsite in central belt inline with business requirements) Salary up to £83,000 D.E.O The ERP Systems Manager will lead a team of 3 SAP Analysts, providing expertise in SAP and related applications to support business priorities. The role involves defining and executing strategies, processes, and resources to maintain and enhance ERP systems and services, ensuring they meet current and evolving business requirements. The client may also consider excellent tech leads looking to take the next step into a managerial role. Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and ensure adherence to IT standards and processes, delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting business and technical requirements.
- Provide SAP expertise in a functional area (e.g., FI/CO or SD/MM), supporting system use and development.
- Monitor and resolve user issues, complete personal developments, and guide staff to implement solutions for user satisfaction.
- Lead in compliance by regularly updating IT standards, training materials, and processes.
- Assess business requirements, propose solutions, and ensure ERP systems deliver cost-effective, appropriate solutions.
- Manage ERP systems in line with external audits.
- Oversee third-party contracts and relationships, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Proven experience in delivering multiple successful SAP full life-cycle implementations.
- Expertise in outsource service and contract management.
- In-depth knowledge of 1+ SAP modules and architecture.
- At least 5 full project cycles and 6 years of technical configuration experience in SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, especially at senior levels.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, fostering a service-driven ethos within the team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for excellence, serving as a role model for the team.
