Java Technical Lead

Java Technical Lead Location : Remote (with in-person developer days in London every 4 weeks) Rate : £600–£625 per day (Inside IR35) Contract Length : 3 months rolling (long-term potential) The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for a skilled Java Tech Lead to join a high-profile project, contributing to the development and enhancement of innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain robust Java-based applications using Spring Framework.
• Develop and manage infrastructure with AWS and Terraform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Design complex systems with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Organize and lead sprints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver key milestones.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing insights and innovations to optimize development processes.

• Proven experience in Java development and working with the Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Terraform for cloud-based infrastructure.
• Expertise in system design and the ability to deliver well-architected solutions.
• Hands-on experience organizing and leading agile sprints.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote/hybrid team environment.
