Education Advisory Officer (Part Time)

You will be an important member of the team in providing quality customer service experience to existing and potential customers, from handling inquiries to providing product services information and converting inquiries into business, followed by post-service follow-up. You should have an outstanding service mindset, good interpersonal skills, and be a good team player. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer experience from handling customer inquiries to offering expert consultations on company products, services, and course information, assisting in converting inquiries into business, as well as post-service follow-up.
- Provide high-quality service support in client engagement and re-engagement opportunities.
- Proactively assist in growing existing business and finding new opportunities from the existing customer database.
- Execute customer service plans to increase customer satisfaction, contributing to customer retention through a good understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Act as a focal contact point for customers on all service issues.
- Perform any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales/customer service, preferably in the servicing industry such as banking, telecom, or hospitality.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proactive, aggressive, and independent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools for data management (e.g., Excel file management).
- Willingness to explore different applications/solutions to automate tasks.
- Willingness to learn new systems, such as company portal, client relationship management tools, mail merge, etc.
- May need to take shifts to cover operational hours for the education industry (e.g., Monday 11 am-8 pm, or/and Sunday 8:30 am-6:30 pm).
