Overview Under supervision of the HR Supervisor, the HR Administrator-LOGCAP is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective Human Resources strategies and programs for LOGCAP encompassing all areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to, international human resources, compensation, benefits, recruitment, HRIS, training, employee relations, policy administration, employee communications, metrics analysis and reporting, and new LOGCAP Task Order support. Responsibilities

  1. This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
  2. Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective Human Resources strategies and programs for LOGCAP encompassing all areas of Human Resources.
  3. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge in all areas of HR, both internally and externally.
  4. Apply knowledge of direction and trends in HR best practices.
  5. Ensure HR programs support and are aligned with both the business needs, program values and priorities.
  6. Assist with corporate HR initiatives & Special Projects as required.
  7. Transfer knowledge and provide guidance to leadership as appropriate to support business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Education / Certifications: One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if a degree is required.
    • IV-Specialist: High School/GED/Associates preferred.
  2. Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience.
    • Performs advanced tasks.
  3. Skills & Technology Used:
    • Excellent computer, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills required.
    • Ability to work independently and manage in a team environment.
    • Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service in exigent circumstances.
  4. Working Environment:
    • The worker is subject to extreme cold, extreme heat, noise, and hazards, including a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat, or exposure to chemicals.
