Location : Fully Remote Position Type: Full-time Salary: £60,000-80,000 Troi Search are delighted to be partnering with a leading Consulting & Managed Service provider who are keen to welcome new ServiceNow Consultants to their implementation team, working primarily with ITSM, ITOM & CSM modules in a muti-client environment What we're looking for
- 3-5 years experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant or similar role
- Strong background in Service Design, ensuring solutions are well-architected, scalable, and meet business needs
- Understanding of ITIL processes and how they link with ServiceNow delivery
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules
- ServiceNow certifications highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work fully remote
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations within the SME & Enterprise markets
- Strong JavaScript experience
- Experience working with cloud technologies & DevOps is highly desirable
