Clinical Systems Manager £300-400 (DOE)6 month contract (initially) Remote We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Systems Analyst to join our Clinical Systems team, to support the rapid expansion of our clinical platforms team. The role involves maintaining, supporting, and optimising clinical IT systems used within the organisation. Responsibilities include assisting with the introduction of new software and solutions, analysing user behaviours, and improving system functionality. Collaboration with the outsourced IT Service Desk will be required to address incidents and share knowledge, enhancing resolution rates. Skills and Experience Essential:
- Experience: At least two years in a Systems Analyst role, preferably with SaaS products in a healthcare IT environment, including exposure to clinical systems (e.g., RIS, PACS) and workflows.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of clinical information systems, databases, and healthcare IT standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM), with experience troubleshooting and resolving system-based issues.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new concepts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Teamwork: A positive, proactive approach to working in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Learning Mindset: Commitment to professional growth and skill development.
- Familiarity with solutions such as Lumeon's Care Pathway Manager, InteleRad PACS, Mirth Connect Integration Engine, AGFA EI PACS, CRIS, EPIC, xWave Technologies, and Street Heaver's Compucare SaaS.
- Previous experience in a Systems Analyst role within a diagnostic imaging services organisation.
