Job details

Job Description As a Manufacturing Digital Platform Leader (f|m|d) functionally in the Global Digitalization and Automation department and located in our Bremen factory (Instant Production), you'll be part of a diverse group that’s all about learning, growing, and supporting each other—just the way we like it! Your main focus will be implementing global digital use cases and driving the Manufacturing Platform Digital Roadmap. We're not just looking for expertise, but also someone with strong people skills and a drive to succeed. You'll play a key role in making a real impact in our value chain. Your responsibilities will include
  • Develop, test, implement, scale and maintain global digital use cases
  • Co-design, own and align the Manufacturing Platform Digital Roadmap
  • Select and develop core suppliers in our ecosystem
  • Communicate and manage relevant stakeholders
  • Regular business travels will be required

Qualifications

We are looking for a Digital Leader who is pace-driven, data-driven and connects fast with others. You’ll need experience with implementing multi-site digital products -ideally within food & beverage production- and the ability to thrive in a diverse team. We’re more focused on the overall fit than a long list of requirements, but here are a few things that would be great to have:
  • Project management expertise (waterfall and agile)
  • Data modelling and visualization tools like Power BI and Grafana
  • Basic knowledge of data engineering (MES, IT/OT infrastructure, OT networks)
  • Continuous improvement methods (TPM, Six Sigma)
  • Coffee manufacturing process (roasting, extraction, drying)
