We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Reservations Associate to join our team! If you are passionate about hospitality, have at least two years of experience, and are eager to grow in a unique heritage property, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. • Manage reservation inquiries and convert them into bookings. • Generate leads through proactive engagement and follow-ups. • Collaborate with the team to optimize guest experiences and enhance occupancy. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality experience preferred). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Proficient in using reservation systems and basic CRM tools.
