- Full logistics, warehouse and fleet management responsibilities

- A demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven track record in building a safety culture
- Previous experience in essential - preferably in the business services industry
- Strong operational principles and experience managing logistics and scheduling systems
- Ability to focus and have a flexible approach when faced with change, completing priorities and work demands
- Demonstrated commercial acumen to manage budgets and costs
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets, KPI's and cost efficiencies
- The ability to positively challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvement
- Previous management experience in managing remote teams would be advantageous
