Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general support to customers
- Handle complaints from customers
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Assist the Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Maintain contact lists
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data
- Maintain filing system up to date
- Research and use information to propose updates according to business needs
- Book travel arrangements
- Update expense reports
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work in long shifts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to MULTI-TASK
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- English Fluency is a must (both verbal and written).
- Internet Speed must be at least 30mbps (download).
