1. Managing marketplace orders from platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
2. Placing daily orders with suppliers.
3. Providing customer service through chat messages on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
4. Handling return and refund parcels.
5. Collaborating effectively in a team environment.
6. Maintaining good communication with superiors and team members.

Job Requirements

1. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
3. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
4. Positive attitude and eager to acquire new knowledge.
