- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Communicate policies to employees through various platforms, ensuring clarity and understanding across departments.
- Support in resolving employee concerns, assisting in conducting investigations of each grievance received.
- Assist in organizing initiatives, training sessions, and awareness programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies related to industrial relations.
- Assist with disciplinary proceedings, preparing necessary documentation, organizing meetings, and ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
- Maintain records of all IR-related activities, ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and ready for audits or legal proceedings.
- Provide other HR support in payroll and compensation & benefits tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR role, with a focus on ER & IR preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
