- Plan and manage the Front of House (FOH) team and operations to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Create and manage staff rotas, oversee recruitment, and ensure thorough training of service staff.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and senior Clubhouse staff to uphold food quality and customer experience standards.
- Oversee stock controls, budget management, and financial procedures, including cash handling and compliance with club policies.
- Handle FOH administration, including bar pricing, point-of-sale systems, and maintaining a professional office environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Drive sales and revenue growth while fostering a high-performing, motivated FOH team through leadership, training, and clear performance management.
- Undertake a Duty Manager role as and when required.
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in Bar and Catering services within a high-quality environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members, guests, and visitors.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide a cohesive and high-performing team.
- A Personal Licence Holder with previous DPS experience.
- Have your own transport and live within a 40-minute drive of Hever Castle, Edenbridge.
- Understand the requirement for weekend work.
