BMS Engineer(Remote, UK-Based) Are you an experienced BMS Engineer / Project Manager / Sales Specialistwith experieince in generating estimatesforBuilding Management Systems (BMS)? We are seeking a skilled BMS Estimator to join our team remotely, offering a flexible work-from-home opportunity. The BMS Engineer be instrumental in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of control and automation projects across diverse sectors, including commercial buildings, laboratories, and public facilities. What You'll Do:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS and control system projects, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to gather insights, ensuring all requirements are covered in estimates.
- Leverage your expertise in Trend BMS systems to account for all necessary components and functionalities.
- Analyse project specifications and supplier quotes, providing precise documentation for proposals and tenders.
- Maintain and update historical cost databases , staying current with industry trends and pricing adjustments.
- Strong background in BMS engineering, project management, or sales support with a focus on BMS.
- Solid experience with Trend BMS systems .
- Proven ability to develop and manage accurate project costing and quotations.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
