Job Description - Manager, Cash Management Sales - Kuala Lumpur (240000CX) Responsibilities:

  1. Solution cash management products and services to complement operating accounts in the banks.
  2. Formulate and execute Cash Management Strategies to grow transaction fees and interest income.
  3. Capture and retain operating accounts with payables and receivables flows, 'Sticky Balances' and capture an equitable share of wallet through cross-sell.
  4. Work closely with Relationship Managers across the Business Banking units by providing product advisory, designing solutions, and winning cash management mandates.
  5. Lead in responding to all Requests for Information (RFIs) / Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Cash Management services for new deals requests.
  6. Participate actively in pipeline reviews with the objective of tracking sales activities, providing deal status updates, escalating issues, sharing successes (with the objective of replication of success) and lessons learnt.
  7. Collaborate closely with business partners on joint sales calls, account planning/wallet sizing, and sales strategy/plan.
  8. Coordinate and interact with Marketing, Product, Relationship Managers, and other business units to create product bundles and campaigns for mass selling purposes.
  9. Conduct training for Relationship Managers and perform wallet sizing (when required) in the area of solution selling to clients.
Qualifications:
  1. Candidate should have a Degree in Business and marketing/sales background.
  2. At least 4 years related working experience.
  3. Independent and self-motivated.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Experience in client fronting and relationship management is an added advantage.
