The Role Reporting to the CEO, this newly created senior leadership role will work with the Branch Managers to drive growth, roll out client retention initiatives and manage the ongoing business performance. This role will also work closely with Marketing, People & Culture and Finance to ensure there is alignment and appropriate resources supporting the business growth and improvement initiatives. The goal is to unlock the full potential of the branch network, by fostering a best practice culture that delivers exceptional client service and drives business growth. About you You must be able to offer proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture through setting behavioural expectations, promoting engagement, and championing continuous development. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate effectively, navigate complex challenges, and lead initiatives that align with the company’s strategic planning. A high level of commercial acumen is also required, so you will be adept at managing budgeting and ensuring the branch operations are meeting the agreed targets.
