Employer Description A medium-sized, well-established Law firm located in Bedfordview.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our Client, a well-established Law Firm located in Bedfordview seeks a strong Senior Associate Attorney with minimum 5-10+ Years of Post Admission experience as an Attorney. The firm works mostly with corporate and commercial businesses, handling Liquidations, Repossessions, Corporate Contracts, Labour Law, Commercial Litigation, and assisting Pharmaceutical companies with Intellectual property law. They are seeking a well-experienced Corporate, Commercial, and Litigation Attorney who can work independently. The firm generates a lot of work, so it is not necessary for this person to bring in their own clients, but any new business is welcomed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications Law Degree. Admitted Attorney. Skills Candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. 5-10+ Post-Admission experience as an Attorney. Confident and capable of managing own files from instruction to completion. Corporate/Commercial and Litigation experience required. Exceptional communication skills. Reliable and competent. Able to work independently to finalize tasks effectively and efficiently.
