Job details
Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) Maintaining and providing support for IT application systems. Managing change requests & IT projects including requirements study, design/development, testing & implementation. Ensuring availability of IT system and data. RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY
- Provide IT support for application systems such as ERP (SAP) with experience in handling FICO module, Data warehouse/BI tools, Production system, Warehouse system, Sales system, QC system, Costing system, HR system, Administration system, etc.
- Perform root cause analysis & propose countermeasures to solve system issues.
- Ensure IT application systems are operating as per design and meet the business requirements.
- Comply with IT Policy, Standards, Regulations & Procedures.
- Provide user training, knowledge sharing & mentoring to colleagues.
- Plan and conduct improvement activities. Participate in company-wide projects/activities.
- Proper documentation, recording, and record keeping of the above-mentioned tasks.
- Work experience - 5 years and above.
- Experience in SAP FICO, MM & SD.
- Experience in warehouse management system/sales system/production system, etc.
- Database & BI experience, e.g., MS SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel, etc.
- Work experience - 1 or 2 years above. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Interest in a manufacturing working environment.
