Associate Product Marketing – Insurance Vertical Position: Newgen is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Marketing to join our team. As we expand our product portfolio and gear up for an exciting phase of growth, this role presents a unique opportunity to influence the product lifecycle right from inception. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the marketing strategies for our innovative products and driving their success in the market. Requirements 3+ years of experience in marketing enterprise software products and solutions in a Product Marketing or Business Marketing or Industry Marketing role. Strong understanding of the Insurance industry, focusing on the B2B product landscape. Knowledge of enterprise-scale solutions and how current and emerging technologies can address these challenges through Product Marketing. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Lines of Business, to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Experience managing product launch activities, including developing promotional materials, sales training, and market introduction strategies. Market analysis skills with the ability to assess B2B and IT industry trends and understand software product trends through customer, analyst, and market research insights. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Product Management, Centers of Excellence, and Pre-sales teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter who can conduct research, adapt to evolving business needs and manage diverse stakeholders efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for the Newgen suite of products tailored to target audience segments. 2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable strategies to differentiate Newgen's products effectively. 3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies encompassing product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and revenue generation. 4. Content Development: Create high-quality marketing content, including sales collateral, product presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, podcasts and web content, to support sales efforts and enhance brand awareness. 7. Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across departments and maximizing impact through coordinated marketing activities. 8. Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from customers, sales teams, and industry experts to refine and improve product positioning and marketing strategies continuously. 9. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
