As a representative of Sofitel you will be responsible for providing memorable experiences through a la carte lunch and dinner services for the esteemed guests at Bistro Suzette the flagship restaurant of Sofitel Brisbane Central. The Food and Beverage Attendant will guide guests through a diverse menu providing expert recommendations on dishes and wine pairings and ensuring every order is tailored to individual preferences. Attention to detail is paramount to coordinate with the kitchen team to time courses perfectly and maintain fine dining standards from table settings to presentation. Exceptional guest service communication skills and a deep understanding of food and beverage are essential to ensuring that every guest leaves with an unforgettable dining experience. Qualifications : Youll excel in this role if you have:
- Availability during shifts from 11am to 3pm and 3pm to midnight
- Weekend availability as weekends are our peak operational periods
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge
- Proficiency in food and beverage service skills encompassing guest greetings ordertaking and maintaining cleanliness
- Minimum one year experience in a la carte dining service
- Basic knowledge of wine
- Exemplary personal presentation standards.
