Job Summary: As a Recruitment Consultant you will be in charge of building a pipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated job requisitions. You will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with new and existing clients all the while adhering to the companys standard metrics and KPIs. To be successful in this role you will need to have a veteran mindset and excellent market familiarity in several job verticals and work closely with the Senior management. Job Description:
- Understand job requisitions through calibrations and or provided job descriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
- Screen potential candidates through job portals available databases social media and other reliable channels.
- Job writing and job posting on various channels.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical capabilities communication skill levels location preferences salary expectations etc.
- Build strong credibility with candidates that would ultimately result in a highly responsive network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities.
- Constant coordination regarding any updates in application status or new compatible job orders.
- Meet or exceed weekly standard pipeline expectations.
- Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding.
- Provide daily and weekly status reports and invoicing information to the management.
- Answering the phone line and offering support to clients and candidates.
- CV formatting.
- Updating the website and mailer with new jobs.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:- Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources Psychology or other related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of endtoend recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals within the Australian Market.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good business acumen highly driven resultsoriented and values harmony within a team.
- Experience in using Bullhorn and other ATS tools.
- Experience using job boards (e.g. Monster Career Builder Glassdoor Indeed and the likes).
- Experience in aged care filling is highly preferred.
- Excellent ability to sell the role to the candidates and present the candidates to the clients.
- Competency using Word Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Selfdirected and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have a very strong ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and presentation skills.
- Pleasant personality strong ability to create rapport.
