We invite suitable candidates to apply for the Senior Executive, Research Grant Administration role with our Research Grant’s Office to provide support to the administrative team on all research matters. Job Responsibilities: Assist the Human Resource Business Partner to perform the day-to-day operations on research staff recruitment, contract renewals, transfer, re-designation/upgrading for research projects. In charge of the research staff welfare matters. Maintain research staff data and provide status updates and reports to various units periodically and on an ad-hoc basis. Provide administrative support to faculty appraisal committee on research dimension – especially on data collation, statistics and reporting of journal and conference venues to facilitate ranking of the venues for the appraisal exercise. Pre-award and post-award research grant administration which includes dissemination of grant calls, checking of proposals, progress and final reports, grant virements and variations, etc. Attend to over-the-counter queries in the research office as and when required. Any other general administrative matters as assigned by the Asst Director. Job Requirements: Minimally a Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution. Preferably to have prior experience in grant management / research compliance / research administration. Proficient in office IT appliances and Microsoft Office Suite of applications. System and data-savvy. Meticulous and organized with an eye for detail. Service-oriented mindset and good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to engage and collaborate with people at different levels of the organization. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.
