Mechanical Supervisor

Requirements Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role Organizational and leadership abilities Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing. Must work on weekends/PH. Responsibilities Assessing Vehicle Damage: Evaluating the extent of damage to a vehicle’s body panels, frames, and structures. Repairing or Replacing Panels: Fixing dents, scratches, and structural damage by repairing or replacing damaged panels (doors, roofs, bumpers, etc.). Welding and Shaping: Using tools to weld, cut, and reshape metal to restore the vehicle's original shape. Sanding and Smoothing: Preparing surfaces by sanding and smoothing them for painting. Fitting and Aligning Parts: Ensuring that repaired panels and parts are properly aligned and fitted. Painting: Sometimes applying primer and working with spray painters to repaint the repaired areas. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Oversee and coach employees Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
