Job details
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Experience: Have several years of experience in customer service or related roles. Experience as a customer service representative or supervisor is valuable.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. To lead and motivate their teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. To effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other departments.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and solve customer issues. Should be adept at handling escalated customer concerns.
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members is key to success.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.
- Experience in BPO industry or Telecommunications industry is REQUIRED.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate: Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
