Summary: The overall purpose of this position is to manage and complete the responsibilities associated with general bookkeeping and payroll for their assigned monthly clients and assist with assigned consulting projects. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to) ● Weekly Maintenance of bookkeeping for all assigned clients ● Document collection and requesting ● Receipt & document processing ● Accounts Payable ● Accounts Receivable ● Month-End Closing Process ● Quarter-End Closing Process ● Year-End Closing Process ● Financial Report generation ● Client Communications ● Client Meetings ● Team Meetings ● Payroll Processing ● Adding/Removing Employees from payroll ● Updating/Change Payroll Settings or features ● Payroll Reporting ● Payroll Reconciliation ● Sales Reconciliation ● Inventory Reconciliation ● Bank Reconciliation Qualifications: Bachelors in Accounting or Business Xero Accounting Experience QuickBooks Experience 2-year minimum U.S. Client Bookkeeping Excellent Communication Intermediate to Advanced Excel Google Apps Gusto Payroll 1-year minimum U.S. Client Payroll Strong P&L and Balance Sheet experience Skills & Requirements: Must have strong oral and written US English communication Must have strong attention to detail Must work well independently and in a group Must have excellent customer service Must be technology savvy Must be able to meet deadlines Must have dependable attendance Must be organized Core Perks and Benefits:
