HyperionDev is looking for a strong CRM Manager to conceptualize and implement initiatives in increasing our lead to sale conversion rate. At Hyperion Dev, we generate a large number of registrations each month that need to be engaged and educated throughout their purchasing journey. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in mid-funnel activities including direct communication, lead scoring and nurturing, data transfer and segmentation, and journey mapping. RESPONSIBILITIES- Liaise with brand managers and creative teams to produce impactful email marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the performance and engineering teams to ensure good list hygiene, segmentation and delivery of email campaigns
- Maintain the overall communication calendar aligned to brand manager requirements
- Increase the lead to sale conversion rate
- Plan, build, and send out all email marketing communication
- Align with admissions teams to ensure lead scoring algorithms are providing guidance of hot, mild and cold leads to contact
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
- At least 3 years experience directly managing CRM initiatives directly related to converting leads into sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tertiary qualification related to marketing, business or communication
- HTML and API knowledge
- 3+ years work experience as a content editor or owning mass / direct email
- 1+ years of experience actively involved in the direct brand messaging for a large consumer or business facing brand, driving email campaigns
- A qualification in digital marketing, creative writing, journalism or a related field
- Perfect written communication skills, an understanding of persuasive selling and near-perfect verbal communication skills
- Experience using automation and analysis to improve key email metrics like Open Rate, Click Through Rate and more
- Practical experience with briefing content to a creative studio of copywriters and designers to pull pieces together
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and its key success metrics
- A track record of exceeding targets and strong Marketing career ambition
Preferred:
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, including experience in thought leadership, brand messaging, and coordinating mass emails at scale
- A track record of excellent brand-writing skills, evidenced by creative awards and public accolades
- Experience writing copy for a brand that reaches hundreds of thousands of consumers monthly
- A working knowledge of Google Analytics and popular email marketing platforms and solutions like Sendgrid, Intercom or Klaviyo
- SQL Knowledge
