About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sr.Recruiter Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring efforts while also performing as a hands-on individual contributor. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition in the ed-tech domain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Individual Contribution: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and niche roles. - Build a strong pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms. - Conduct interviews, assess candidate capabilities, and provide insightful recommendations . 2. Strategic Talent Acquisition: - Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth plans. - Identify and attract top talent to meet the business's dynamic needs. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand workforce planning requirements. - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and processes. 4. Employer Branding: - Lead initiatives to promote the company as a preferred employer in the ed-tech industry. - Leverage social media, industry events, and partnerships to strengthen employer visibility. 5. Process Optimization: - Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. - Utilize data and analytics to measure and enhance recruitment performance. 6. Industry Expertise: - Keep abreast of ed-tech trends and competitor hiring practices. - Build and maintain strong networks within the industry to access top-tier talent. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, with substantial experience as an individual contributor. - Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ed-tech sector and its unique talent needs. - Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates. - Self-Starter: Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment processes. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics platforms. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
