Assistant Store Manager

In this role, you will support the Store Manager in driving store success while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Assist customers with personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
3. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
4. Process and monitor transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and implement company policies.
6. Train and motivate staff to enhance performance and team collaboration.

1. Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles preferred.
