Overview: The position will be responsible for overseeing all daily activities related to fieldforce in HR, IR, ER, and legal areas for Alembic's domestic formulations business. Work Experience:
- 12 to 14 years core experience in the below mentioned profile.
- Should have an experience of 8+ years in field HR function.
- Industry: Pharmaceuticals Only.
- LLB is desirable
- Master's Degree in Human Resources / MSW from a reputed institution desirable.
- Develop and execute HR/ER strategies that are aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues that arise in the field.
- Effectively and efficiently, manage industrial relations in the field, with experience handling external stakeholders / police station/ advocates etc.
- Support current and future business needs through strategic field development, employee engagement, and motivation.
- Experience in conducting review meetings with Managers and Medical Representatives is essential.
- Experience in handling field-related ER/IR issues, providing support to managers, and having fieldwork experience is a valuable asset.
- Experience in conducting domestic inquiries and handling disciplinary proceedings for field employees.
- Regularly review legal cases and ensure proactive coordination with the respective advocates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws across India and have hands-on experience managing dashboard compliance.
- Handle NAPS procedures, including issue resolution, reimbursement claims, and coordination with NAPS authorities.
- Develop and oversee HR/ER strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the field to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Report / MIS to management and provide decision support through HR Metrics.
- Field ER / IR Experience and aware about criminal proceedings.
- Plant ER/ IR experience is desirable.
