Job Description- Sales Specialist- Kitchen and Wardrobe We are looking for a Sales Specialist with a well-rounded knowledge of the Kitchen & Wardrobe Industry with leadership qualities to work with a team of fun-loving and dedicated individuals and join us on an innovative journey that we call IMobler. We have the best salary structure as per the industry standard plus incentives on every project completed. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. As a Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will range from client front end, detailed understanding, and validation to design projects, development, and coordination from concept to installation stages.
2. You will have to work closely with the Design Team, Marketing Team, Installation Partners, and Suppliers in order to deliver to IMobler customers the best Product Experience.
3. You need to have command of different design software like KDmax, Google Sketch-Up, 3Ds Max for leading the Designing Team from the front to deliver Photorealistic quality designs to the clients.
4. We require you to bring in your knowledge and experience in kitchen and wardrobe design and aid us in strategizing to take the company forward.
5. You will need to be well-versed in the industry parlance and have a well-rounded knowledge of Kitchen and Wardrobe modules, raw materials, and hardware.
6. You will be managing and developing projects from concept stages to final installation.
7. Ensure timely conversion and smooth onboarding for our customers. In short, make them love our products.
8. Create business opportunities by speaking with potential customers across geographies and industries.
9. Identify customer needs and requirements.
10. Maximize the revenue pipeline by optimizing the sales process.
11. You will be responsible for managing a Team that shall be directly reporting to you which shall be working as a unit to ensure smooth working from start to end.
12. Enabling this community to perform, grow and flourish is a direct indication of the effort you have built in. Any improvements with this team will be attributed to your achievement.

About You: An exceptional  Sales strategist  with strong closing & conceptual skills. A hard-working individual who is very keen to work on amazing modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently to the customer. Strong understanding and demonstrated an aptitude for design principles. Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality. A degree or diploma in designing from a recognized institute with exceptional knowledge of AutoCAD along with Kitchen Designing tools like 3Ds-Max,  KD-Max , and Google Sketch-up.
