We are building next-gen SaaS platforms for e-commerce and health-tech domains. Role Description We are seeking an experienced and talented Technical Content Writer to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to simplify complex technical concepts and present them in a clear, engaging, and user-friendly manner. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in creating high-quality, engaging content that supports our products and services while enhancing our brand voice. Your ability to distill technical information into accessible and engaging formats will be crucial in educating our audience and driving engagement. - Content Creation: Develop various types of content, including blog posts, case studies, technical manuals, user guides, FAQs, and whitepapers.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand technical subjects, industry trends, and user needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and ensure accuracy in all content.
- Editing & Proofreading: Review content for clarity, coherence, and consistency. Edit and proofread materials to maintain high-quality standards.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
- Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to refine content.
- Content Strategy: Contribute to the overall content strategy, suggesting topics and formats that align with business goals and audience interests.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support for other team members in best practices for technical writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., software, engineering, IT].
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous writing samples, especially technical documents.
- Excellent command of English grammar and style, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello, Asana).
