Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Company: ValueLabs Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time About Us: ValueLabs a leading IT consulting and services company seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our internal team. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for desktop systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktop systems, applications, and hardware.
- Respond to and resolve Employee inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, virus scans, and disk cleanups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
- Create and deploy desktop images and configure new desktop systems.
- Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deleting user profiles.
- Ensure desktop systems comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices. with operating systems of Windows, MAC systems.
- Linux experience is a good to have.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- CompTIA A+ or higher certification.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably Looking for Immediate joiner local to Hyderabad.
