VMS Analyst (MSP Experience Required)

Job Summary Pinnacle Group is seeking a detail-oriented VMS Analyst to support vendor management processes by auditing data and maintaining accuracy across multiple Vendor Management System (VMS) tools. This role requires proficiency in tools like Excel and Microsoft Visio, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure that vendor data is consistently accurate and provide critical insights through regular audits and reports. Responsibilities

• VMS Data Auditing: Regularly audit and review data within VMS tools, such as Beeline and Fieldglass, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Excel Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets, utilizing advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Sum IF to manage and analyze data effectively.
• Reporting and Data Analysis: Create and generate detailed reports from Excel, providing stakeholders with valuable insights derived from the audited data.
• Vendor Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor vendor performance, compliance, and other key metrics across VMS tools.
• Process Visualization: Utilize Microsoft Visio or similar tools to create flowcharts that enhance the visualization of VMS processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of vendor management systems and processes.

• Proficiency in Excel: Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sum IF, and other functions. Must be able to perform data entry, create formulas, and generate reports.
• VMS Tools Experience: Experience with VMS platforms, such as Beeline and Fieldglass. Knowledge of other platforms like VNDLY, Vector, and Magnit is a plus.
• Microsoft Visio: Familiarity with Microsoft Visio for creating process flowcharts and enhancing operational transparency.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to conduct thorough data audits and ensure compliance across platforms.
• Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong organizational capabilities.
• Previous Experience: Proven track record of auditing VMS data, generating insightful reports, and working within a fast-paced environment.
