- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
- Receives and validates incoming requisitions
- Conducts audits and quality checks
- Ensures contracts are issued in accordance with DTCC standards
- Assists in negotiating prices for goods or services to ensure that they are fair market value
- Coordinates with vendors to ensure that they deliver on time and meet quality standards
- Makes recommendations for process improvement in terms of procedures, training, and compliance management
- Recommends improvements in workflow, procedures, and documentation as it relates to the procurement systems
- Tracks, troubleshoots, and resolves procurement system issues following established guidelines and procedures, escalating technical issues to the appropriate level and resources within IT
- Performs a variety of special projects and assignments in assigned area including the implementation and coordination of assigned program components and assists with the development of procedures
- Ensures administration team KPIs are achieved on a weekly basis and that all Procurement Administration Processes are adhered to
- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative
- Able to handle complicated situations at work
