Deputy Director/ Director, Financial Management, ARTC

Key Responsibilities Work as a strategic partner to R&D, Tech-Biz Divisions, and Horizontal Offices. Plan, oversee, and control the financial budgeting of both institutes and funds management. Ensure accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial and accounting data. Optimize both institutes' funds utilization. Develop, implement, and maintain systems, processes, and internal policies. Provide the required financial information to management and key stakeholders. Liaise with headquarters stakeholders and Corporate Group Finance. Work closely with management and internal & external stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance or accounting. At least 8 years of relevant experience in a finance-related role of a similar capacity. Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills. Note: The above eligibility criteria are not exhaustive.
