Maintenance Fitter - Cement
Job details
The successful candidate will be responsible for mechanical maintenance and repair of equipment across all areas of the plant, while adhering to correct Health and Safety standards. It is essential that the applicant is a qualified time served fitter and has previous experience of mechanical fitting, welding and repair in a manufacturing or industrial process. In addition, you will have the ability to fault find, provide solutions, and repair problems on automated plant and conveyor systems and have knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a flexible attitude, have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, achieve targets, and prioritize workload. The successful candidate must be able to meet the physical and health requirements of the role.
