Assistant Director, Business Development (Regional) Reputable Healthcare Group Job Responsibilities: To accomplish company’s business objective in S.E.Asia by growing and developing new business opportunities through channel acquisition and expansion: agents and authorized representatives sourcing and appointment, corporate partnership, growing and maintaining referring network. Develop in-depth understanding of the assigned countries consumer’s acquisition pathway (to Singapore) through market intelligence, research and insight generation. Develop marketing and sales plan and ensure its implementation through direct-to-patient marketing communications, activation, internal staff and network of channel partners. Creates sales strategic market development plans for specific high potential and high growth course areas based on trends and market competition. Builds relationships with key market influencers. · Solicit and analyse market feedback-which will include but not be limited to peer reviews, surveys, symposia, focus groups, patients and referral doctor visits-to determine overall market viability of brand, products and services in development. · Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, promotion and activation programs; developing field sales action plans. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer (patient) requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Builds rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities Monitors competition and healthcare landscape in assigned countries. Analyzes trends and recommends strategies for identified opportunities and risks · Accurate tracking and reporting of contacts with customers, individual customer needs and interests, customer adoption rates, and project budgets. Report and track all market development activities through the Sales Force system. Qualifications & Experience: At least Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
