Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Manage the coffee station, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
• Train junior staff and oversee their development.
• Maintain stock levels and order supplies when needed.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Previous barista experience in a leadership role.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance.
