This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and well-respected Main Contractor that will offer extensive training and development opportunities for you to better your career. The types of projects you will be working on vary in size and value, with a mix of Irish and international projects across a number of sectors from commercial to sports to museums & conservation projects. This position is a permanent role, so job security is guaranteed! This role is available for an immediate start. You will be embedded into the team straight away and will be able to get stuck into your work from the get-go. The successful candidate will have experience in an Electrical Engineering role, within a Main Contractor Setting. You will also be a people-person, able to communicate effectively, and work well both independently and within a team. To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of SLD’s, Cable Schedules, Cable Calcs, liaise with third parties on Lightning Protection, Intruder & Fire Alarm Systems and Lighting Design
  • Have a full understanding of Irish engineering construction regulations
  • Have 3+ years’ experience working for an MEP Consultancy / Contractor
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the company
