Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope, design, and implement customized solutions using monday.com Work OS. Support pre-sales efforts by offering technical expertise, creating proof-of-concepts, and delivering post-sale implementation services. Plan and manage customer onboarding, complex API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting, and user management processes. Design advanced solutions leveraging monday.com’s APIs, app frameworks, and integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or Integromat. Enhance workflows with low-code/no-code tools to extend monday.com’s functionality. Act as a project manager for small to medium projects, ensuring timelines, customer goals, and deliverables are met. Advocate for customers by providing feedback to product teams to improve platform functionality. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to promote platform adoption and empower end users. Work with enterprise customers to define and implement solutions tailored to their business needs. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process. Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a technical customer success manager, implementation consultant, professional services consultant, or technical project manager, ideally with complex product implementations. Proven expertise in designing and delivering technical solutions for enterprise customers, with experience in onboarding and implementing software platforms. Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and integration platforms such as Unito, Zapier, or Workato. Coding skills in Java/Python; familiarity with React is a plus. Excellent project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. Experience with SSO/SAML/AD identity authentication protocols. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer-facing abilities.
