IT Infra Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Administer servers, storage systems, hypervisors, and network equipment such as switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Network Administration: Manage network infrastructure, including routing protocols, DNS, Active Directory, and GPO. To also maintain current VPN connectivity.
• Technical Support: Provide Tier-2/Tier-3 in-person or remote support for escalated issues and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Collaboration Tools & AV Support: Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft Teams, video conferencing, and meeting equipment.
• User Training: Conduct training and knowledge transfer for end-users on deployed systems, focusing on Microsoft 365 services.
• Peripheral Management: Oversee IP phones, printers, display TVs, CCTV systems, and door access, collaborating with vendors as needed.
• Cybersecurity: Support basic cybersecurity measures and compliance with IT policies.
• Project Support: Participate and/or take ownership in IT upgrades, deployments, and other technical initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / relevant field or higher, certifications in CCNA, VMware VCP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator is a plus.
• At least 5 years in IT infrastructure, with hands-on expertise in network protocols, virtualization practices, and Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, SQL Server, and backup solutions (e.g., Druva). Knowledgeable in networking topologies, protocols and methodologies and cybersecurity concepts will be an advantage.
• Excellent Problem-solving skills, good communication skills and fluent in common language, and teamwork ability.
