Swiss Hospitality Company is a leading management consultancy with a strong focus on creating exceptional workforce solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and managing HR-related systems. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and experience working with key Saudi HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
  2. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  3. Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations. Maintain updated knowledge of local labor requirements, including GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other relevant platforms.
  4. HR Systems and Platforms: Utilize and manage platforms such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and Tawteen to handle employee records, contracts, and compliance matters. Monitor employee data in ZenHR or similar HR management systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  5. Payroll Support: Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely processing. Address payroll-related queries in collaboration with the finance department.
  6. Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing employee events and engagement activities. Support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia. Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and HR systems such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and Tawteen.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
