Stretch Tent Specialist PA

Job Title: Stretch Tent Specialist & PA Location: Remote (UK) Salary: per annum (R300000 equivalent) Leave: 21 days per year Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and presentable individual with expertise in AutoCAD and stretch tent design. This unique role combines space planning and design with personal assistant (PA) responsibilities . The ideal candidate will work remotely supporting both the creative and administrative needs of our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Stretch Tent Design & Space Planning:
• Utilize AutoCAD to design stretch tent layouts and event spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to create bespoke stretch tent solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs.
• Oversee the technical planning and of tent installations.
• Personal Assistant Duties:
• Manage schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
• Handle communications including email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of senior management.
• Organize and maintain records files and client information.
• Assist with daytoday administrative tasks and support the management team.

• AutoCAD proficiency with experience in stretch tent design or space planning.
• Strong PA experience including calendar management travel coordination and document handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• A highly presentable professional demeanor.
