As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Client Partnership Intern to support our Client Partnership team in delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. Your Role: As a Client Partnership Intern, you will be an integral part of our Client Services team, supporting Account Managers and Project Managers in their daily activities. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in client relationship management, digital marketing, project coordination, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that drive client success. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Management: - Assist in managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and presentations. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests and expectations are met promptly. - Help in maintaining client records and documentation, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked.
- Project Management Assistance: - Aid Project Managers in developing project timelines, tracking progress, and updating status reports. - Assist in coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. - Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Support: - Help in developing, scheduling, and monitoring social media content for client accounts. - Assist in gathering and analysing campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations. - Support website content updates and SEO optimisation efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, marketing and technology, to ensure seamless execution of client projects. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving client campaigns and project outcomes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in client relationship management, digital marketing, technology, and project coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Docs Editors suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
