Senior Executive Marketing and Operations (Healthcare) EAST Singapore | Posted: Dec 12, 2024 Roles/Responsibilities: Conceptualise & spearhead marketing initiatives to positively profile and increase awareness and to reach identified target audiences and stakeholders in an effective manner. Research and identify current marketing trends and new business opportunities to support the promotion of the company’s products and services. Manage and steer appointed agencies and vendors to support ongoing online/offline marketing initiatives and campaigns comprising but not limited to SEO/SEM, digital advertisements, content marketing, email marketing, events and other promotional initiatives. Uphold the organisation’s reputation through the execution of public relations activities and managing customer feedback through front-facing email accounts, Google reviews and other relevant platforms. Cultivate and manage partnerships with key business stakeholders with the aim of developing strategic collaborations to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance partners, medical concierges and other third-party platforms to drive a pipeline of leads and referrals to the company. Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics. Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: Min. Degree in marketing, communications or business. Min 3 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media platforms. Prior experience in media/marketing/digital agency would be an added advantage. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and project management skills. Energetic, driven, adaptable, has good initiative and is able to multi-task and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines. Committed team player and leader with good leadership skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different levels of staff within and across institutions.
