IT Quality Assurance Lead [Software, SDLC, Manual and Automated]

Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the QA process, offering guidance and mentorship to the QA team. Review and evaluate system specifications to create comprehensive test strategies and plans. Execute both manual and automated test cases, analyzing results to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate closely with the software team to devise effective testing strategies, ensuring a seamless process throughout the software development lifecycle. Document and track testing phases and defects, reporting bugs and issues to the development team. Provide clear, constructive, and insightful feedback to the software team, fostering strong working relationships. Advise teams on potential software improvements, contributing to enhanced design and development. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, focusing on strategies to improve software performance. Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and testing tools to continuously enhance QA processes. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of relevant QA experience. Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in a related field. Specialized certifications in QA or Software Testing are preferred. Strong understanding of the software development process with the ability to quickly grasp business and customer expectations. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Strong communication and consulting skills to effectively convey issues and insights to the software team.
