To perform the duties and work to which has been assigned in relation to the roles and responsibilities below, and the scope of works can be revised from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • To check drawing for discrepancies and errors.
  • To communicate well verbally and in writing with all project stakeholders internally and externally.
  • To identify and solve design-related issues.
  • Able to deal with cost and time implications for fast-track projects.
  • To develop and define design elements of assigned projects that affect guest experience with the design team through various phases of a project.
  • To liaise with relevant parties, including site staff, clients, and consultants on themed design data required for the themed design specification.
  • To ensure the compliance of themed designs to clients’ needs.
  • To assist with drawing rectification/modification of construction drawings and shop drawings as required.
  • To research, coordinate, and compile technical information from vendors, suppliers, and other sources to assist the team in producing or rectifying details for the fabrication and construction works.
  • To produce minutes of meetings and meeting notes to distribute to key parties.
  • To upgrade new skills such as Rhino Operations, Basic Revit, and Navisworks Operations, and other potential tasks that require self-learning or mentoring from colleagues.
  • Other architectural support tasks as required to fulfill client needs.

Skills

  • Need 10 years of experience in architecture and construction minimum.
  • Architectural or equivalent degree.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in leisure, entertainment, tourist destinations, or large commercial developments.
  • Experience in Architectural, A/V, MEP, and Structural coordination and integration.
  • Knowledge in BIM submission and approval requirements.
  • Theme Park Design & Construction experience is not a must, but will help with the role and tasks required.
