We are excited to welcome a new Local Supply Chain Planner, Raw Materials! The role is based in our Singapore Chin Bee plant. Your role is primarily responsible for ensuring a timely supply of materials to the local plant for uninterrupted production processing. You will be the main point of contact at the Scent compounding plant to translate the demands, requirements, and special needs and the executor of planning activities which cannot be undertaken by a centralized team. How You Will Lead and Contribute:

• Call off bulk materials and coordinate the receipt of bulk materials from a staging area.
• Mitigate any raw material shortages as a result of an unexpected inventory write-off or internal rejection in close coordination with the GSCP.
• In case of inventory discrepancies, get the information from Finished Goods Planning/Production/WHS and communicate with GSC Planner properly.
• Coordination and follow-up of POCO execution.
• Coordinating and following up with the Inbound Material Coordinator for original paperwork and incoming shipments.
• Be the owner of the physical part of the pre-shipment samples process.
• Be responsible for ensuring E&Rs execution at the production floor and warehouse.
• Communicate to GSCP any possible relevant FG rejection which impacts RM availability.
• Collaborate with global supply chain planner and global procurement in finding local vendors in case of unexpected supply issues.
• Act as a conduit between the commercial organization, Customer Service, and the Global Master Planner/GSCP.
• Take part in meetings and translate to the Global Supply Chain Planner which is relevant to meet plant expectations.
• Act on Late Order Reason (LOR) Rapport.
• Continues looking for improvements in processes and flow which results in benefits for Supply Chain and for Operations.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply management, operations management, or related field and at least 5 years of operational planning or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of SAP systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Team player approach to work and demonstrates ability to work under pressure.
